Are you experiencing difficulty with intrusive thoughts of past events that often create difficulty focusing on and enjoying the present? Are you feeling easily agitated or close to tears? Does this cause you distress and interfere with your confidence or sense of self-worth? Do you sometimes treat yourself poorly or make statements to yourself that reflect how you have been treated in the past? Or, has a significant loss transformed into feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness?

The first step to feeling better is happening now and together we can get you moving forward again.

Anxiety, depression, or even difficulty managing stress can often get in the way of living the life we are meant to live. There are many reasons these issues may be showing up in our lives and It is one of my talents as a therapist to assist others in gaining a greater sense of empowerment and clear plan to address identified barriers and move toward a more fulfilling experience. Often a history of trauma, abuse, or loss create restraining internal belief systems, negative self-talk, self-destructive behavioral patterns, and/ or even a pervasive state of fear that can fuel or exacerbate anxiety and depression and create barriers in our ability to meet our potential. I provide a nurturing space for clients to work through and beyond these issues and assist them in gaining a greater sense of confidence, self-worth, strength recognition and utilization, and overall resiliency. In addition to intuitive and experiential guidance, I utilize and have been trained in the following evidence-based practices: EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, Seeking Safety, and multiple other mindfulness practices.

There are also times in life when we may begin feeling persistently overwhelmed, stuck, or even lost despite our lives going relatively well. Asking ourselves: “Who am I and how did I get here?” We may need nurturing guidance to find the light again and return to our true selves. I further help clients in returning to a more meaningful path genuine to their true nature by identifying various barriers in areas that contribute to a whole and healthy lifestyle. This often includes assisting clients in returning to a heart-centered place utilizing their intuitive powers and engaging all senses…as opposed to simply remaining primarily in their analytic mind and not enjoying the present moment. Thus, assisting clients in improving their mind, body, and soul connection through Life Balance and Spiritual Development Coaching utilizing my experience and vast knowledge of techniques derived from philosophy in Meta- and Quantum Physics and Kundalini Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, Feng Shui, and the Law of Attraction.
